A heat pump needs to deliver enough heat to every room, not just look right on a specification sheet. Our survey considers your home's insulation, existing radiators, heating demand and hot water use before we recommend a system.
That assessment matters because a heat pump works as part of the whole heating setup. If the existing radiators or hot water equipment need changing, those decisions belong in the installation plan from the outset.

The heat pump itself is one part of the job. We design and install the system around the property, including the radiator sizing, hot water and controls needed for the proposed setup. Our team holds BPEC Level 3 heat pump qualifications alongside plumbing and heating training.
